1. Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Underwear or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@investechapparel.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
